What is NFPA-80 and why does it matter?
NFPA-80 is the National Fire Protection Association standard for fire doors. It requires annual inspection and documentation of every fire-rated door. Failed inspections can void insurance and trigger AHJ enforcement. We perform the inspection and certify compliance.
How often should commercial doors be serviced?
High-cycle dock doors should be inspected quarterly. Fire doors require annual NFPA-80 inspection. Rolling steel and sectional doors typically need twice-yearly maintenance to prevent unexpected failures.
What is your emergency response time?
Service contract clients get priority response, typically under 4 hours during business hours and same-day overnight. Non-contract emergency calls are same-day if booked before 2pm.
